[HR Officer]
Responsibilities:
- Checking timecard, calculating salary, annual bonus, PIT, SI, HI, UI
- Checking and managing regimes relating to annual leave, compensation leave, overtime, resigning, and other regimes.
- Managing and updating data to HR management software. Filing HR document, labour contract and others.
- Doing the research and updating Labour Law about Labour policy, Salary regime, PIT, Insurance to advise BOD for updating, changing company policy in accordance with Vietnamese Law.
- Typing document relating to HR and Administrative of Company.
- Creating good relationship with Government agencies for work flow.
- To be incharge of other administrative tasks ( if any)
- Other tasks is required by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relating field
- At least 2 years working experience in HR job
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese speaking and writing. Having experience in working with international company is preferred.
- Be mature, proactive and professional.,
Salary: Negotiation.
